When I write as Tim Kavi, I am trying to understand how my experiences from the past play a role in my present life as a poet without defining me too much. At the same time there is a yearning for something beyond any notion of self, perhaps captured as a search for some form of the transcendent. Consequently there is no totally private existence that does not yearn at some point to become a shared one. Thank you you visiting my blog and reading some of my work, and sharing your views.Tim Kavihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13825202316385341706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2000653436164376247.post-28954459760206256102009-02-07T22:52:00.000-08:002009-02-07T22:52:00.000-08:00It seems as though I decided to check out your blo...It seems as though I decided to check out your blog at exactly the right time - this was a great introduction to your body of work. I had no idea of the inherent mystic tradition in your work and am excited to study more of it. I can also appreciate your marriage of your Eastern and <BR/>Western influences as I feel a very similar occurence happened to me at a very young age and continues to only grow stronger. I appreciate the nature of your introspection.Guestronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10549840801069427500noreply@blogger.com
